Client provided equipment and furnishing can also be accommodated when coordinated during the planning process. What does the owner need to provide for the new Building?
BLOX's scope of work typically is turn-key and includes planning, design & engineering, permitting, site work and foundations, manufacturing, delivery, project management, and General Contractor services. It is important for owners to coordinate closely with BLOX to understand specific responsibilities and coordination requirements for their project. Loose furniture and equipment are typically owner provided; however, BLOX's team of experts can provide furniture packages.
